Neo-Nazis wanted to celebrate the national holiday of the Republic in the aftermath of the next elections at Prokešovo Square in Ostrava and an unannounced march, which should have traditionally resulted in assaults on nearby residents helmii. However, something that pogromists did not expect and what could be labeled as a breakthrough event in the history of Czech Roma was happening. There was an  exchange of roles – this time the streets did not belong to the racists with their aggressive slogans, but mostly to Roma residents and other anti-fascists who called for coexistence and tolerance.
